INGREDIENT
1 1/2 Cup Toor dal
1 tsp turmeric
4 Green chilli chopped
Brinjal small size 3
Chopped Pumkin
potato 2
Beans 4
Carrot 1 big size
Cauliflower
Ginger julien
Bay leaf 2
Cumin seed 1tsp
Mustered seed 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Jaggery 3 tsp
Fennel seed 1tsp
Dry Red chilli 2
Coconut cruse 3 tbsp
Cine mom freshly cruse 2 tsp
Black paper freshly cruse 2 tsp
Salt as required
Water 4 Cup
METHOD
- First cut vegetables and wash adding water, take bowl put dal to the bowl wash using water two to three times then soaked in water for twenty minutes.
- Boil water add dal, turmeric, salt and bay leaf put the lid and leave it for 5 min in medium heat.
- Add all vegetables and chopped chilies put lid and leave it for 5 min.
- Add chopped ginger and Jaggery boil it for 5 min.
- Once vegetables are boiled properly, put crushed cinnamom, black papper and crushed coconut mix it well and boil it for 2 min.
- Take another pan for tadka, heat ghee, put dry chilly, cumin, mustard and Fennel seeds ,Once it become little red pour it on top of dal.
- Mix it well then add crushed coconut for garnishing.
