INGREDIENT

1 1/2 Cup Toor dal
1 tsp turmeric 
4 Green chilli chopped
Brinjal small size 3
Chopped Pumkin
potato 2
Beans 4
Carrot 1 big size
Cauliflower
Ginger julien
Bay leaf 2


Cumin seed 1tsp
Mustered seed 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Jaggery 3 tsp
Fennel seed 1tsp
Dry Red chilli 2
Coconut cruse 3 tbsp
 Cine mom freshly cruse 2 tsp
Black paper freshly cruse 2 tsp
Salt as required
Water 4 Cup

METHOD
  1. First cut vegetables and wash adding water, take bowl put  dal to the bowl wash using water two to three times then soaked in water for twenty minutes.
  2. Boil water add dal, turmeric, salt and bay leaf put the lid and leave it for 5 min in medium heat.
  3. Add all vegetables  and chopped chilies put lid and leave it for 5 min.

  4. Add chopped ginger and Jaggery boil it for 5 min. 
  5. Once vegetables are boiled properly, put crushed cinnamom, black papper and crushed coconut mix it well and boil it for 2 min.
  6. Take another pan for tadka, heat ghee, put dry chilly, cumin, mustard and Fennel seeds  ,Once it become little red pour it on top of dal.
  7. Mix it well then add crushed coconut for garnishing.
