Keema Soyabean Curry Resturant Style



INGREDIENT

FOR COOKING SOYA
  • 2 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Soya chunks
  •   
  • FOR CURRY
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera 
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 5 Black papper 
  • 2 dry chilly raw
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
  • 2 medium size onion 
  • 1 tomato sliced 
  • 1 inch  Ginger julien 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 3/4  Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp coriander,finaly chopped

METHOD
  1. Take  2 cup soyabeans , soak it in water for 10 mins.
  2. After 10 min remove water and blend it.

  3. In a large kadai heat 3 tbsp oil.
  4. Further add 2 dry chilly ,cumin seed ,black pepper, cinnamon .
  5. Add in 2 chopped onion followed by 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and tomato saute to a golden brown.
  6. Keeping the flame on low add 1/2 tsp turmeric,1/2 chilly powder,2 tsp  coriander powder,1 tsp garam masala. Saute until the spices aromatic.
  7. cook until the oil is separated from the masala paste.

  8. Keeping the flame low add 1/2 cup curd.and stir well until the oil separated.
  9. add in blended soya chunks ,2 tsp salt and saute for 7 mins

  10. Now add 1/2 cup water ,cover and simmer for 10 mins or until the soya is cooked well.
  11.  Take another pan , put 1 tsp oil heat then add ginger julian and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder heat it 3 sec then put this mixture in curry .it gives nice look and texture like restaurant style.
