Telepia fish Kalia



INGREDIENTS:
  • Tel pia Fish 500 gram
  • 1 tomato
  • Cashew 3 pc
  • Onion 2 medium size
  • 2 green chilli
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Cummin powder 1 tsp
  • Cummin Seed 1tsp'
  • Bay leaf
  • Curd

METHOD: 
  1. Clean the fish prperly. Add salt, turemeric and chilli powder.

  2. Heat oil in a pan fry the fish till brown.

  3. Heat oil in a pan add Cummin, dry chilli and bay leaf.
  4. Add chpped onion, tomato,Green chilli and mix it for 2 min.

  5. Add 1onion, ginger , cumin powder and cashew paste.cook it for 1 min.
  6. Add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt,casuri methi,garam masala.

  7. Cook it for 5 min then add Curd(before adding curd mix it well and lower the gas flame).
  8. Then mix well and leave it for 5 min.

  9. Once the masala starts leaving oil add 1 cup water.
  10. When the water starts boiling add fried fish.
  11. Cook it for 2 min.
  12. Fish Curry is ready to serve.
