Telepia fish Kalia
INGREDIENTS:
- Tel pia Fish 500 gram
- 1 tomato
- Cashew 3 pc
- Onion 2 medium size
- 2 green chilli
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Cummin powder 1 tsp
- Cummin Seed 1tsp'
- Bay leaf
- Curd
METHOD:
- Clean the fish prperly. Add salt, turemeric and chilli powder.
- Heat oil in a pan fry the fish till brown.
- Heat oil in a pan add Cummin, dry chilli and bay leaf.
- Add chpped onion, tomato,Green chilli and mix it for 2 min.
- Add 1onion, ginger , cumin powder and cashew paste.cook it for 1 min.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt,casuri methi,garam masala.
- Cook it for 5 min then add Curd(before adding curd mix it well and lower the gas flame).
- Then mix well and leave it for 5 min.
- Once the masala starts leaving oil add 1 cup water.
- When the water starts boiling add fried fish.
- Cook it for 2 min.
- Fish Curry is ready to serve.
