Sahi Paneer Ball Curry

  
Ingredients

250 gm paneer
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp maida
1/4 tsp salt
For gravy
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp oil
1 onion chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tomato chopped
1/4 cup cashew paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/4 tsp haldi
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup cream

Methods
  1. In a mixer jar add paneer and blend nicely.

  2. Transfer into a bowl add black pepper powder, maida, salt mix well to make a dough. Keep aside for some time.

  3. Make small balls from the dough and sallow fry.

  4. Heat a pan add butter, onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato, a pinch of salt,saute well. Cook till tomato get pulpy. Once tomato becomes tender let it cool & then add in mixer.
  5. Heat pan add oil, butter, kasuri methi saute a while, add tomato onion puree and cook till butter floating from edges.
  6. Low the flame add haldi, garam masala, red chilli powder,mix well & switch off the flame
  7. .
  8. Heat a kadai, put oil in  it, put all balls on it cook for a while, flip them, cook from other side. Transfer in a plate.
  9. Add little water in leftover masala, cook till boil. Add amul cream and mix well..Switch off the flame.


  10. Transfer the gravy in a serving bowl, put paneer balls . For garnishing sprinkle green coriander on top.
  11. Sahi Paneer Ball curry is ready to serve. Serve hot with parantha, chatpati.
