Paneer tika



INGREDIENTS
FOR MARINATION

1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder(color)
1/2 roasted and ground cumin seeds
3/4 cup fresh curd 
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp black paper 
1/2 cup besan 
1 tbsp hot mustered oil(TIPS)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriender powder
1 onion ,patals
1 capsicum ,cubed
1 tomato without seed cubed
salt as requried
12 paneer cut into 30 mm
1tsp chat masala
termuric powder 1 tsp
1 tsp kasuri methi

  1. Dry roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds then make a powder.Heat the pan add besan ,roast for five mins.keep it aside.
  2. In that pan add mustered oil heat till vaporous  out.
  3. In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, kashmiri chilli powder, Black paper, , lime juice half, dry mango powder, chaat masala, cumin powder , whisked curd and garam masala kasuri methi and hot mustered oil . Mix them all.


  4. For grilling paneer tikka:
  5. 1.In a tray spread some paneer cubes, julienne onion, capsicum and tomatoes.

  6. 2.Mix the masala in the tray. Marinate the paneer cubes..
Skewer the tikkas for roasting.

  1. 4.Now keep the marinated paneer tikkas in the fridge for 45 minutes.
  2. 5.Then grill the tikkas in preheated oven for 30 minsin 200 f  .

  3. 6.Serve the paneer tikka hot.
