PANEER DOPYAZA
INGREDIENTS
Paneer 200 grm
onion 1cut into cubed
onion 1 greeted
tomato 1 greeted
coriander powder 1tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1tsp
curd 1/2 cup
cumin seed 1 tsp
cine mom stick 1
kasuri methi 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
black paper powder 1 tsp
salt as required
water 1/2 cup
METHOD
FOR MARINATION
- take a bowl put paneer cubs ,black paper,turmeric powder,kashmiri lal mirch,salt, kasturi methi crushed,curd and mixed it well and leave it for 10 mins
- .FOR CURRy
- Take a pan put oil in it ,then add marinade paneer and fry it for 5 to 6 min until oil come out from mixture.after that put out all fried mixture in bowl.
- In same pan put little more oil init then put cumin seed,cine mom stick,cardamom after cracked add grated onion,grated tomato cook for 4 min .
- Then add turmeric powder,coriander powder ,red chily powder and a pinch off salt stir it for anther 5 min until oil comes out from the masala .
- In that mix fried paneer and stir for 2 mint.
- Then add water,cubed onion and garam masla leave it 3 mint for cook.
- paneer dopyanza ready to serve with hot rice or roti,or paratha.
