PANEER DOPYAZA


INGREDIENTS
Paneer 200 grm
onion 1cut into cubed
onion 1 greeted
tomato 1 greeted
coriander powder 1tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch 1 tsp 
red chilly powder 1tsp
curd 1/2 cup
cumin  seed 1 tsp
cardamom 2
cine mom stick 1
kasuri methi 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
black paper powder 1 tsp
salt as required
water 1/2 cup

    METHOD
FOR MARINATION

  1. take a bowl put paneer cubs ,black paper,turmeric powder,kashmiri lal mirch,salt, kasturi methi crushed,curd and mixed it well and leave it for 10 mins


  2. .FOR CURRy
  3. Take a pan put oil in it ,then add marinade paneer and fry it for 5 to 6 min until oil come out from mixture.after that put out all fried mixture in bowl.

  4. In same pan put little more oil init then put cumin seed,cine mom stick,cardamom after cracked add  grated onion,grated tomato cook for 4 min .

  5. Then add turmeric powder,coriander powder ,red chily powder  and a pinch off salt stir it for anther 5 min until oil comes out from the masala .
  6. In that mix fried paneer and stir for 2 mint.

  7. Then add water,cubed onion and garam masla leave it 3 mint for cook.

  8. paneer dopyanza ready to serve with hot rice or roti,or paratha.
