Dum Alu
- 500 gm boiled baby potato
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp kahmiri lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp red chiili powder
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp Cummin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Almond
- 4 Cacshew
- 1 dry red chilli
- 3 tsp magaz
- 1 tsp dum masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 3 tbsp oil'
- Salt as required
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, tomato, gnger and garlic.
- Fry it for 5 min and leave it sometime to cool.
- Put it inside a blender add cashew, magaz, almond and make a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, put boiled potato, add turmeric, salt and fry it till little brown.
- Heat oil in a pan, put cumin, once its heated put the paste prepared earlier in it. Fry it for 9 min.
- Add dum masala, garam masala, kasuri methi and kasmiri lal mirch. Mix and Fry it well for 5 min.
- Put fried potato and mix it for 2 min.
- Add 1 cup water and cook it for 2 min.
- Now our dum Alu is ready to serve.
