Prawn Fry(Kerla Style)



INGREDIENTS
Dry Prwan-200 grm
Onion -1 big size
Green chilli-4
Curry Leaves=2 bunches
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt -tasty
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Oil -3 tsp(coconut oil)
Ginger Garlic Paste-1tbsp
Crush coconut  1/2 cup optional



METHOD
  1. Take the dry prawns removes head,tail,and leg,
  2. wash two to three time keep aside and soak for 5 min and drain after5 min squeeze prawns and keep aside
  3. Heat kadai,add oil and dry prawns,fry prawns for 5 min on low flame after 5 min take out and keep a side.

  5. In the same pan fry cumin seed .Add curry leaves.Fry onion and green chilly until onion are turned to white then add ginger garlic pasteand fry for 2 to 3 min .
  6. Add prawns ,add red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,and salt.
  7. Then add coriander powder and cumin powder fry for 2 min .
  8. Add coconut cruse and fry till oil relies from it  then turn off the gas.PRAWN FRY is ready to serve.
