chocolate cake
INGREDIENT :
2 CUP SUGAR POWDER
1 CUP MILK
1 AND 1/2 cup MAIDA
1 TSP VENILA essence
1 tsp cooking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup oil
2 Egg
METHOD
- In a large mixing bowl,add maida ,cocoa powder,sugar powder .mixed it well.
- Add egg ,baking powder,cooking soda ,oil ,pinch of salt and vanila essence.
- Shift all the ingredients in the bowl to get rid of any lumps.
- With the help of spatula or whisker mix all the dry and wet ingredients until smooth lump free batter is formed
- Transfer the cake batter in the greased and parchment lined cake mould.
- Bake in pre -heat microwave for 30 mints in 180 degree c. or else you can bake in the cooker also on low flame for 30 mints.
- After 30 mins,check by inserting a toothpick in the cake.If it comes out clean,cake is baked.
- Let the cake cool for one hour
- Lastly ,top the cake with home made chocolate ganache and decorate with some chocolate cruse.
